The Design of Parametric Library of Bolt Connecting Piece Based on AutoCAD Graph Block

The problem of establish the parametric library of bolt connecting piece in ACAD was analyzed, and a method of the design of parametric library of bolt connecting piece based on ACAD graph block was put forward. This method decomposed bolt connecting piece assembly drawing into basic graphic block, fit the basic graph block into the bolt connecting piece assembly drawing with the assembly relation. Comparing with the usual method, this method had the advantages of simple manufacture, avoiding writing the complicated parametric drawing program, drawing speed etc.

Application of Digraph Weight Elimination and the Treatment of Connection Based on AutoCAD

This paper analyzes the problem of lines duplication, overlap and discontinuity in the application of AutoCAD. And it also proposes a method of automatic elimination of duplication, overlap and discontinuity by using the VisualLISP language embedded in AutoCAD system. After the processing, the engineering drawings can avoid linear problems which do not conformity to the requirements of the national standard, and can also avoid the complex work of manually modifying on the complicated lines. The processing of repetition elimination in sheet cutting diagram is possible to extend the life of the laser cutting head and the cutting accuracy of the spare part. After the computer graphics repeating the eliminate processing, it can effectively improve the recognition rate of computer graphics automatic scoring system.

Preparation and Application of Oilless Sulfur Phosphate

Sulfur phosphate was synthesized through the reaction of n-butanol, iso-octanol and phosphorus pentasulfide in the absence of solvent. The reaction condition was optimized by variation of catalyst type, the feeding mode of phosphorus pentasulfide, reaction temperature, pressure and initial reaction emperature. In the mean time, the performance differences of the lubricating additive T202 prepared by sulfur phosphate catalysis was compared with that synthesized with old process. Experimental results showed that the optimal conditions was as follows: the catalyst 4, the phosphorus pentasulfide feeding mode was nine, the reaction temperature was 50~55 ℃, the pressure was 0.07 MPa, initial temperature was 40 ℃, the reaction time was 1 h. Under this condition, the achieved content of sulfur phosphate was up to 99.4%, the zinc content of the lubricating additive T202 prepared by sulfur acid was 11.76%, and the chroma was 0.

A New Method to Establish the Electric Principle Graphics Libraries Based on AutoCAD

The secondary development functional the electric principle graphics libraries is established in AutoCAD. A new method named "invisible boundary" is proposed to draw the electrical graphic symbols. The method has efficiently solved "interruption issue" problem occurred in the middle of reinserting electrical circuit drawing symbols. By utilizing this new type of database, the procedure of discontinuing conducting wire can be avoided, which is beneficial to symbols reediting and also improves drafting efficiency.

Simulation of Slack Line Phenomena in the BigDrop Pipeline under the Different Conditions

If product oil pipelines were constructed in the areas of complex topography, parts of pipelines would inevitably encounter some problems via the large gap areas. Due to the existence of pipeline crossing point and the physical difference of the transport oil, it may appear the phenomenon of slack flow in the downhill pipeline. According to all kinds of operating conditions, it may appear via the large gap areas. Based on VOF multiphase flow model numeral simulation was built to research the influence of slack flow features for different angles, different pipe diameters and flow velocity. Through the computer analysis, it elaborated the influence factors of the discontent flow phenomenon for product oil in a large gap location. The results provided theoretical guidance for the design of transport pipeline in mountainous areas.

AutoGenerated Basic Viewgraph of FullScale MockUp in AutoCAD

The current issue that autogenerated basic viewgraph of fullscale mockup were faced in AutoCAD was analyzed, which proposed to calculate the size of entity based on the features of fullscale mockup. This new methodology provided the solution of that old model that was not capable of define the size of entity issue which caused autopositioning problem between basis viewgraphs. It also offered a brand new technique to automatically generate basic viewgraph of fullscale mockup, which was benefited from VisualLISP coding application.

Heat Transfer Oil Pipeline Pressure Calculation

According to the actual production, in order to guarantee asphalt tank heating of the heat transfer oil could smooth return to the heat transfer oil boiler and generally appropriated heat conduction oil pressure. For the whole pipeline pressure drop was calculated, and the friction of pipe and partial friction had carried on the detailed discussion and calculation, and the total pressure dropped along the pipeline. Through the relevant data to calculate the flow rate of heat conduction oil, the pressure centrifugal pump selection scheme of ascension was selected.

In the drilling process of complex deep wells, excessive torque and drag may lead to the difficulty of direction or even sticking. Moreover, if the drilling tools were affected by axial stress, bending stress, shearing stress or buckling stress, fatigue failure might be caused as well as some relevant problems stemming from the inadequate hole cleaning. In order to meet the requirement of deep well drilling, Petrochina Jidong oilfield company introduced the application of COMPASS and WELLPLAN (LANDMARK), which has made the abstract concrete and digitized. This method preferably satisfied the drilling demand of No.3 structure, and at the same time effectively reduced the accident incidence, demonstrably improved the productivity and significantly lowered the drilling costs.

The Impact of Variable Diameter Pipe  Connection Mode on Mixed Oil Length

In batch transportation of finished oil products, mixed oil would be produced by adjacent batch oil. The cases of 30°, 45°,60° or 90° for the joint line of the variable diameter part and the straight pipe of the variable diameter pipe were calculated by the CFD software. The conclusion show the relationship and the change law between the angle of the joint of the variable diameter part and the length were researched. The results show that with the angle increased, the mixed oil segment length decreased in the sudden expansion pipe and the opposite conclusion in the reducer, which was coincided with engineering basic phenomenon.

The Calculative Analysis on Large Oil Storage Tank Running Cost

Along with the rapid growth of the national economy, energy consumption had been going up. At present, the petroleum reserve system in china was gradually perfect, and a large number of crude oil depots would be put into operation. The consumption of steam was very huge during storage, because of the large increase in crude oil storage. Saving energy and reducing consumption had become the most important task. The petroleum storage temperature affected the holding time and heating time, directly related to the consumption of steam. The influence of the storage temperature on the cost of the oil storage tank on different frequency of operation were calculated and analyzed. A premium scheme to provide some reference for energy saving was found, which could complete the task in time and ensure safety by comparing different schemes.

The Adaptive Method of Image Control Menu Based on ACAD

The problems of screen resolution affecting the image size about the image control menu for the secondary development of AutoCAD were analyzed. The factors related to the size of the image control menu were found, and a method of adaptive screen resolution by image control menu was put forward. By writing the VisualLISP program, the image control menu size could automatically be adjusted according to the screen resolution, and the problems of the image control menu for the secondary development of AutoCAD were solved.

Numerical Simulation of Mixed Oil Characteristics of Sequence  Transportation before and after the Transportation Shutdown

In regions of complex terrain, refined oil will inevitably pass after elevation, shutdown, such as downhill different path. The pipe inclination angle and shutdown time of downhill pipeline blending have a great influence on mixed oil characteristics. Using CFD multiphase flow model and studying three-dimensional inclined pipe, on the shutdown time, angle and sequence transportation on mixed oil characteristics were numerically simulated respectively. The results of the study show that before shutdown while the forward gasoline and backward diesel, the dip angle is bigger, the mixed oil quantity is less; the inclination angle is smaller, it is more prone to mixed oil. When the forward diesel and backward gas ,contaminated tail is longer and the inclination angle is bigger, the mixed oil quantity is bigger while the inclination angle is smaller, the mixed oil quantity is less but there is less effect on the mixed oil. The inclination angle has greater influence on the former than the latter.After shutdown, the longer the time of shutdown is, the more the mixed oil is with the equal angle. With the same time, the bigger the angle is, the greater the mixed oil. While the forward diesel and backward gasoline, with the shutdown time prolonging the mixed oil quantity is more and more uniform. When the inclination angle and the angle of pipeline is the same, shutdown time and angle has greater influence on the condition of the forward gasoline and the backward diesel.

Analyze the Bending of Pipe Rack and Calculate the Thermal Stress of Pipe

According to changing the type of oil in the process of transportation by the above ground pipeline, which may cause the pipe rack bending and thermal stress damage. The thermal expansion and thermal thrust of the compensator which has an important effect on the pipe rack bending were analyzed. Thereby, the axial horizontal displacement and horizontal thrust were determined. Clear and definite the reason for pipe rack bending. Combined with the type of medium transport in the pipe, the medium temperature, the pipe model, the pipe arrangement craft and other factors, the thermal stress of pipe and the allowable stress range were determined, To judged whether the pipe will produce destructive thermal stress and by the experience formula for further confirmation.

The method to hide two-dimensional drawing in AutoCAD was discussed. The method to hide two-dimensional drawing with Wipeout was put forward. The existent problems to hide two-dimensional drawing about using Wipeout were analyzed. Through the arc into discrete and the definition of anonymous drawing and so on, the problem to hide two-dimensional drawing with Wipeout was solved. An order program to hide two-dimensional drawing with AutoLISP was wrote. It provides a new valuable drafting method to draw a assembly drawing with AutoCAD.

Automatic Tracking Technology of System Variables in AutoCAD2006

AutoCAD is an open computer aided design system. The system running environment is set through its system variables. When users need exploiting the system, some related system variables in application program should be set under the necessity of applications. In fact, it's difficult for users to master the commonly used system variables. By studying AutoCAD system variables, a technique of automatic tracking system variables in AutoCAD2006 is put forward, and a Visual LISP program of automatic tracking system variables was written. The experiment shows that the program can track all system variables in AutoCAD2006. The resource codes of Visual LISP were given, and its principle and usage were described in details. A applied tool was provided for AutoCAD exploitation users.
